Printing from a Smartphone via AirPrint (iOS)

You can also print from Apple devices such as iPhones or iPads using AirPrint.

  1. Set up Wi-Fi on SELPHY ().

  2. Choose [Print].

    • Choose an image to print in an app on your iPhone or iPad (such as a photo-viewing app), tap [mac_photo], and in the menu options displayed, tap [Print].

  3. Set up printer options.

    • In [Printer], choose [Canon SELPHY CP1500].
    • Specify the number of copies.

  4. Print.

    • Tap [Print] to print.

Caution

  • [Printer Options] may not be displayed in step 3, depending on AirPrint compatibility of the application. If printer options are not available, printing is not possible from the application.

Note

  • During printing, a [Print Center] icon is listed among recently used apps, and you can do the following operations.

    • To check the status:

      Tap [Print Center].

    • To cancel printing:

      Tap [Print Center], and then tap [Cancel Printing].
