3-5 Black Gamma

Level/Range/Point

Corrects the gamma of low luminance sections. You can raise and lower the level of low luminance sections to adjust the appearance.

This is only enabled when the BT.709 Standard setting is used.

Black Gamma corrects the gamma in low luminance sections. Changing the setting values adjusts the black side of the gamma curve in the area shown in the figure.

Level: Height from standard gamma. The setting values are -50 to +50 (±0).

Range: Width from Point. The setting values are -20 to +50 (±0).

Point: Top position. The setting values are -20 to +50 (±0).
