Uninstalling EU

Windows

• Click the [] icon on the taskbar and select [Quit].
• Exit any other applications before uninstalling the software.
• Log in with an administrator account before uninstalling the software.
• Follow the standard method of uninstallation for your OS.
  Uninstall the following applications.
  • Canon Utilities EOS Network Setting Tool
  • Canon Utilities EOS Lens Registration Tool
  • Canon Utilities EOS Utility 3
  • Canon Utilities EOS Web Service Registration Tool
• To avoid computer problems, be sure to restart your computer after uninstallation. Attempting to reinstall the software before restarting the computer may also cause problems.

macOS

• Click the [] menu bar icon and select [Quit].
• Exit any other applications before uninstalling the software.
• Log in to the account used for installation.
• Drag the folder and the software to remove to the Trash, then choose [Empty Trash] in the [Finder] menu to empty the Trash. You cannot reinstall the software until you have emptied the Trash.

1. Open the [Canon Utilities] folder.

2. Drag the following folders and application files to the Trash.

   • [EOS Utility]
   • EOS Lens Registration Tool
   • EOS Web Service Registration Tool
   • EOS Network Setting Tool

3. Select [Empty Trash] from the [Finder] app menu.

4. Restart your computer.
