Specifying People to Shoot More Often

By setting a priority level for registered people, you can have the camera try to shoot them more often.

Tips Effective in these situations:

  • Taking more photos of a specific person at a birthday party
  • On vacation, taking more photos of specific children
  1. Access the settings screen.

  2. Turn on [Priority Setting].

  3. In [Registered], tap [Favorites icon].

    • [Favorites icon] turns orange, and that person is prioritized in shooting.

Caution

  • Setting a priority level for registered people protects their registered information. Protected information is not automatically removed, even when new people are recognized.

Note

  • More images may be captured automatically when you have set a priority level for registered people.
  • Fewer images may be captured automatically when the camera cannot find people whose priority level you have set.
