Preparing the FTP server

Please provide your own FTP server.

Installation

You can download this application from Google Play or App Store.

  • Users in countries or regions that cannot install this application from Google Play or App Store can install it from the Canon website.
  • Users with smartphones that can install this application should visit Google Play, App Store, or Canon website.

Caution

  • This program requests that you send information related to the Canon products you are using to Canon via the Internet.

    Canon uses this information to plan and develop products that better meet customer needs.

    Even if you have agreed, you can change the send option at any time from [Usage collection] in the menu.

Main screen

  1. Accesses the instruction manual.
  2. Enables you to check files previously uploaded and transfer them again.
  3. Displays the application settings screen.
  4. Shows camera connection and importing status ().
  5. Shows the number of imported files.
  6. Shows server connection and uploading status ().

  7. Enables you to configure display settings for imported files.

    Sort: Sort by shooting or importing date and time.

    View: Switch the image display style.

    Filter: Set filtering options for the images shown.

    Import: Import files from the smartphone.

    Select: Select imported files.

  8. Imported files are listed here.

Camera connection and importing status

Digital interchangeable lens camera Digital video camera Indicates camera connection status. Dimmed icons indicate disconnected devices.
Analyzing CTP is analyzing content on the camera.
Not imported [Auto] importing is set.
Importing in progress The images are being imported.
Importing paused Importing has been paused.
Manual [Manual] importing is set.
Auto import settings Indicates importing conditions when [Auto] importing is set. The number at right indicates importing progress (number of images remaining).

Uploading status

Not uploaded, auto uploading off Indicates that no images have been uploaded when auto uploading is not set.
Not uploaded, auto uploading on Indicates that no images have been uploaded when auto uploading is set.
Upload destination not set No upload destination has been set.
Uploading in progress The images are being uploaded.
Uploading paused Uploading has been paused.
Failed to connect Failed to connect to the upload destination.
