This application supports the following clips captured with EOS VR System equipment.

    RF-S3.9mm F3.5 STM DUAL FISHEYE

    RF-S7.8mm F4 STM DUAL

    Full HD (1920×1080) or larger

    2400×1600 or larger
  • JPEG images captured with [Cropping/aspect ratio] set to [FULL] (except for images from digital cinema cameras)
  • JPEG images produced from RAW processing without in-camera resizing or cropping
  • JPEG images upscaled on the EOS R5 Mark II (original image: [Img type/size]: [L], [Cropping/aspect ratio]: [FULL])

Caution

  • Before working with clips in HEVC format, download and install the version of Canon HEVC Activator for your camera from the Canon website.
  • [Automatic Horizontal Correction] is not available for the following clips, although they can be converted to VR/3D images with the application.
    • Images that were either edited in Digital Photo Professional or produced from RAW image processing in DPP
    • Images edited in image processing software in a way that removes the VR/3D conversion metadata
  • Images resized or cropped on the camera may not be converted correctly.

  • Any new versions of the application that are available can be downloaded by clicking [Check for Updates] in the [Help] menu (Windows) or [Check for Updates] in the [EOS VR Utility] menu (macOS).
