[Flexible Zone AF] or [1-point AF] is recommended for [AF area].
[1-point AF] is recommended when there are many obstacles such as branches and leaves.
By setting [Subject to detect] to [Animals], and setting [Whole area tracking Servo AF] to [On], makes framing easier and adjust composition.
If the focus is unstable because the subject is hidden behind branches or leaves, it may be useful to set [Case Auto characteristics] to [Locked on: -1]. If the focus is still not stable, we recommend that you change the [AF Area] setting to [Whole area tracking off 1-point AF].
