[1-point AF] or [Expand AF area] is recommended for [AF area].
Setting [Whole area tracking Servo AF] to [On] makes framing easier and adjust the composition but if the AF frame moves to an unintended subject, you can prevent unintended movement by changing the [Whole area tracking Servo AF] setting from [On] to [Off].
Selecting a slightly wider [AF area] such as [Expand AF area] or [Flexible zone AF] helps keep the subject in the AF area.
