[Flexible zone AF] or [1-point AF] is recommended for [AF area].
Setting the [Subject to detect] to [People] makes it possible to detect the head, body and upper half of body during throwing scenes even when the face is hidden when the person's position changes. By setting [Whole area tracking Servo AF] to [On] makes framing easier and adjust the composition with fast and large movement subject.
If the AF frame moves to an unintended subject, we recommended switching [Whole area tracking Servo AF] from [On] to [Off] to prevent unintended AF frame movement.
Selecting a slightly wider [AF area] such as [Expand AF area] or [Flexible zone AF] helps keep the subject in the AF area.
Setting [Case Auto characteristics] to [Locked on: -1] may be effective in situations where the other subjects get in the way of the subject during a match.
